About the Founder

Will Kinsey founded CAPEXmedical with a mission to empower healthcare procurement teams, enabling them to achieve professional excellence while navigating resource constraints. Driven by a passion for problem-solving and delivering tailored services, Will aims to provide genuine value to every organization he works with.

Before establishing CAPEXmedical, Will gained extensive experience addressing the scaling needs of organizations and their customers’ demands for improved care delivery.

Will's career began at PartsSource, Inc., where he focused on both internal organizational scaling and external collaborations with hospitals to automate their procure-to-pay processes for replacement parts. He was instrumental in launching and implementing PartsSource Pro, which remains the gold standard in standardized parts procurement.

Later, Will joined reLink Medical and Premier, Inc. (NYSE: PINC), where he assisted hospitals in managing their medical equipment surplus through a benefit-maximizing systematic approach. His efforts helped transition the surplus industry from transactional interactions to professional partnerships. At Premier, he also helped hospitals leverage their accounts payable data to uncover opportunities and solutions within their existing purchased services spend.

Most recently, Will served as a business consultant for strategic initiatives for medical equipment service organizations. In this role, he focused on developing and implementing technology-based solutions to solve problems and achieve results as efficiently as possible.

Will resides in Belmont, NC, with his wife and three active children. Outside of work, he is an avid reader with a passion for both fiction and non-fiction. He also enjoys tackling home improvement projects and automotive repairs. Devout Christians, Will and his wife are deeply committed to showing God's love in the world.
